Joan is a paralegal with the law firm working primarily on estate and trust administration, including fiduciary accounting and tax return preparation. She is a 1971 graduate of the University of Maine.
Joan earned the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits and the Wharton School of Business in 1993 and completed the Paralegal Certificate Program at Andover College in May, 2000. Prior to joining LeBlanc & Young, she worked for many years in various areas of personal finance, including banking, pension administration, and tax preparation, with other organizations in Portland.
